Our Leadership
Linda L. Fleming, CPA is the founder of Perfect Cents. The practice was founded in 2011, Linda brings a broad accounting background to her clients ranging from tax, compliance, internal audit, public accounting, and expatriate cost management experience.
Linda concentrates her practice in providing tax planning, research and compliance services to closely-held businesses and their owners. Such entities include C-corporations, S-corporations, limited liability companies (LLC’s), partnerships and sole proprietors.
Linda has over 20 years of experience, prior to founding this practice in 2011, she worked for a leading global accounting firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers & Deloitte. Linda experience includes, providing advisory services in the financial services industry at Deloitte in Princeton, NJ. She also provided internal audit department & international tax services at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in NYC for consumer and pharmaceutical products, respectively.
The firm holds memberships in a variety of professional associations including:
- American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA),
- New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA),
Participation in Continuing Professional Education courses offered by these associations keeps our firm on the leading edge of ever-changing tax laws and accounting methods.
